Cancellation policy
We hope that you will not need to withdraw your booking but if this proves necessary please advise your training budget holder as soon as possible.
You will not be charged a cancellation fee for any reserved places that are not confirmed. No cancellation charge will be made if someone else can take your place, but it will be up to you or your budget holder to find a suitable replacement.
A cancellation fee will be charged at a rate depending on when we receive written notification of your withdrawal as follows:
- 20 working days or more before the course - 20% of the price of attendance
- 11 to 19 working days before the course - 50% of the price of attendance
- 01 to 10 working days before the course - 90% of the price of attendance
- Course start date - 100% of the price of attendance
The full price of courses is provided on the website for Group paid events. Although core development programmes are funded by HR Learning and Development, if you cancel in less than 20 days before the course you will be charged a percentage of the cost of your place (as listed above).
Where courses have been booked with other providers their cancellation policy will be applied (e.g. NSG).
When we cancel a course
We will only cancel a course if there are insufficient people to make the training effective and will inform you immediately, normally at least 5 working days before the training is due to take place. Where it has been necessary to cancel we will suggest alternatives.
