This workshop aims to bring together the key messages about the new BIS and provide the context for setting practical, relevant performance objectives, which are clearly focussed on changed priorities, after the department restrucruring. This includes what we now need to consider when setting performance objectives to ensure the confident team approach is embedded.
Who is it for?
Those who wish to ensure they are aware of what's new this year and wish to develop a greater understanding of how the Confident team approach affects objective setting and managing performance in the new BIS.
